Welshpool & Kewdale
Perth's transport heart, and some of the hardest-worked concrete in the city.
Between the freight terminal, the transport yards and the rows of sheds either side of Welshpool Road, floors around here see more forklift hours than just about anywhere else in Perth. It shows up the same way every time — worn tracks down the traffic lanes, chipped concrete at the roller doors, and dust around the racking legs.
That's worth a look before anyone quotes. If a floor is only failing where the forklifts run, there's no sense paying for a heavy-duty finish across the whole shed — put the tough stuff where the wear is and a standard floor everywhere else.
Most slabs through here have been painted or sealed at least once already, so a fair bit of the work is taking off what's there and getting back to sound concrete.

Not sure of the size? A single garage is around 20 m², a double is about 36 m². Near enough is fine.
