Workshop floors
Bare concrete in a workshop is a sponge. Once it's soaked, it stays soaked.
Oil, diesel, coolant, brake fluid and thinners all soak into bare concrete and stay there. You can scrub all you like — it's below the surface. In a closed-up unit over a Perth summer you'll smell it too.
A sealed floor stops it at the surface. Spills sit on top, get wiped up, and the slab underneath stays clean.
It also makes a workshop a nicer place to be. No more dust off the floor settling on everything, and a lighter surface so you're not working in your own shadow.
We can do it a bay at a time if you can't shut the whole place down, or over a weekend if that suits better.
Typical jobs
Handles oil, fuel, coolant and hydraulic fluid.
Takes a dropped bit of steel without chipping out.
Done one bay at a time so you keep trading.
We work around the neighbours and the shared driveway.
How it works
We turn up, look at the concrete and ask what the floor gets used for. Then you get a fixed price in writing. It costs you nothing and you're not locked into anything.
This is the bit that matters. The concrete gets ground back so the coating can grip it properly, and any cracks get filled first. Skip it and the floor peels later.
We work around you — nights and weekends if that suits better. When we're done we tell you when you can walk on it, when you can drive on it, and how to keep it looking right.

Tell us where you are, roughly how big the floor is, and what it gets used for. We'll come out, have a look and give you a fixed price in writing — no cost and no pressure.
Not sure of the size? A single garage is around 20 m², a double is about 36 m². Near enough is fine.
