Garage & shed floors

A garage floor you can actually clean

Stops the dust, stops the oil stains, and makes the whole shed feel twice as bright.

Most garage slabs were never meant to be looked at. They dust up every time you sweep, they soak up whatever drips off the car, and after a few years they look tired no matter how much you scrub.

A coated floor fixes all of that at once. Spills sit on top and wipe off. The dust stops. And a light-coloured floor bounces the light around so you can actually see what you're doing under the bonnet.

Most home garages are a one or two day job. We grind the slab back first — that's the part that makes it stick — fill any cracks, then lay the floor. You'll be walking on it the next day and parking on it a couple of days after.

Plain gloss is the cheapest and looks sharp. A speckled flake finish costs a bit more, hides marks far better and gives you some grip underfoot, which is worth it if the floor ever gets wet.

Typical jobs

What that covers

Home garages

Single, double or triple. Neat edges and a clean line at the door.

Backyard sheds and workshops

Somewhere you can drop a spanner without chipping the floor.

Carports and alfresco

Tougher than paint and made for outside.

Storerooms and games rooms

Easy to mop, easy to keep looking good.

How it works

Three steps, one person to deal with

  1. Step 1

    We come and look

We turn up, look at the concrete and ask what the floor gets used for. Then you get a fixed price in writing. It costs you nothing and you're not locked into anything.

  2. Step 2

    We get the floor ready

This is the bit that matters. The concrete gets ground back so the coating can grip it properly, and any cracks get filled first. Skip it and the floor peels later.

  3. Step 3

We lay it and hand it over

We work around you — nights and weekends if that suits better. When we're done we tell you when you can walk on it, when you can drive on it, and how to keep it looking right.

Get a price on your floor

Tell us where you are, roughly how big the floor is, and what it gets used for. We'll come out, have a look and give you a fixed price in writing — no cost and no pressure.

Not sure of the size? A single garage is around 20 m², a double is about 36 m². Near enough is fine.
