A smooth epoxy floor is lovely until it's wet. In a kitchen, a wash bay, a cool room or anywhere hosed out regularly, grip stops being a nice-to-have.
The important bit is how the grip is put in. Built into the top coat, it's part of the floor and wears away at the same rate as everything around it. Painted on afterwards as an extra, it wears off the walkways first — exactly where you needed it.
We can dial it up or down. Enough grip to be safe underfoot, not so much that it traps dirt and becomes a pain to clean.
Heavy duty is a separate question. Some floors take more than a normal beating — steel wheels, constant impact, hot wash-downs. Those get a thicker, harder build that keeps its surface where a standard floor would be worn through to the concrete.

How it works
We turn up, look at the concrete and ask what the floor gets used for. Then you get a fixed price in writing. It costs you nothing and you're not locked into anything.
This is the bit that matters. The concrete gets ground back so the coating can grip it properly, and any cracks get filled first. Skip it and the floor peels later.
We work around you — nights and weekends if that suits better. When we're done we tell you when you can walk on it, when you can drive on it, and how to keep it looking right.
